Our Return Promise to Athletes

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, with tags and original packaging). Your satisfaction drives our sportstyle innovation.

Performance Footwear Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original box
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Affix the provided return label

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return at our Charleston warehouse:
