Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Athletes Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our performance footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn’t meet your championship expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back in the game quickly.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, with all tags and original packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleats showing signs of field use
  • Personalized/customized athletic shoes
  • Items marked “Final Sale” in our HOT SALE section

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original box
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Affix the provided return label
  • Ship via trackable service (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

International Returns: All return shipments must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return at our Charleston warehouse:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). International refunds may take 7-10 additional days for bank processing.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement sneakers or athletic shoes will ship within 2 business days of return approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shoes arrive with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
